Moving Around To View Your Athlete's Environment.

| At the bottom left of your Virtual Athlete screen menu there is a 3D view icon. |

Click on it and it will take you to the Athletes rooms and show whatever he/she is doing.
If your athlete is following the schedule you have set, you will have to get their attention before you can interact with them and move around the room.

Move your mouse curser over the athlete and their face icon will appear, click on it and they will stop whatever they are doing and wait for you to give them instructions.

Then if you click on your right or left mouse button and hold it down you will be able to move about the rooms.
If your mouse moves over an object an icon will appear, this means that your athlete can interact with these objects to use them, move to a differant area or play a game. A list of all the differant icons and what they mean can be found here.
Spend some time moving around and experimenting with the environment, you may be surprised at what you can find.
