As with the other games, if your athlete is following the schedule you have
set you will need to get their attention in the 3DView.
This is another game that takes place in the Gym, if you move your mouse over
the gym equipment behind the blue aerobics mat the Go icon will appear.
Click on the Go icon and the viewscreen will change to your athlete lying on
the workbench with a yellow box to the left showing times and a bar in the shape
of multi-gym weights to the right. The "on your marks" message
will come up and the game will start.


The top and the bottom of the bar are marked with a red line, when the game
starts the weights start moving up and down. Clicking the left mouse
button anywhere on the screen will change the direction of the weights, the idea
being to keep the weights out of the red zones.
The bottom number in the yellow box to the left is your score for the current
round, the closer your athletes weights go to the top and the bottom of the bar
without touching the red, the better your score will be - the maximum score is
50. The top score in the yellow box is your accumulated score for 20
rounds or 10 ups and downs, the maximum score possible is 999 - any score over
900 is good and over 950 is excellent. If the weights get into the red zones
before you click to change direction you will recieve a bad time, if it happens
too many times the game will end.
If you wish to stop the game at any time click on the red X at the
bottom right hand corner of the screen.
